The sketchbook filled up fast this week. None of it was planned, which is usually a good sign.
I started with a fish meant to be a sticker sketch. It turned into something else — a more nervous line, more crosses, less control. I left it that way.
The other four came out the same evening. I do them without pencil underneath, straight in marker, otherwise I start fixing them and the whole thing is lost.

The cat
The cat is a separate story. I sat with the sketchbook for half an hour, she changed pose every thirty seconds. In the end I drew five different cats and none of them is her.
If your sketch looks finished, you have been drawing it too long.
Next week I move on to clean lines for the issue. These stay in the sketchbook, some might become stickers.
